Are there any side effects?

  1. In general, dietary supplements have no side effects. Some products can cause a slight headache in the first week, this may be due to the detoxification of the body. Drinking plenty of water often resolves this.
  2. You can also start with a lower dose. Build up the dose gradually to allow your body to get used to the product.

Reliable high-quality ingredients?

  1. We are committed to the highest available quality of our products. Test certificates are available on request. We never go for a lower purity and/or quality product, if there is a higher version of it.

Could it be that I don’t notice it much?

  1. That could be, every person is different. A product can also work without you noticing.
  2. The time of taking it also make a difference. For example, from morning to evening or to the afternoon.
  3. If you already live a healthy life, your body is in a good condition, then you may experience less (energy) than someone who lives unhealthy.

How long does it take before I notice something?

  1. This varies from person to person, usually within a month. In the meantime, the supplement does all its work.


  1. Most products have a positive effect on sleep. Sleeping deeper and more peacefully, often requiring less sleep to be rested.
  2. Taking supplements before going to sleep may cause an energy increase. This may make it harder for you to fall asleep. If you experience this, the advice is to choose a different time of intake.
